A miscommunication between two Canadiens defensemen led to both of them being on the ice during a failed line change, and then the puck came their way. If it hit either of them, they knew they would suffer a penalty for too many men on the ice. So P.K. Subban and Alexei Emelin did the only thing they could think to do:
Canadiens vs. Islanders: Subban and Emelin dance to try and avoid penalty
P.K. Subban and Alexei Emelin got a penalty despite their wonderful dancing.

DANCE!
Depressingly, the Canadiens STILL took the penalty, probably because the refs in the game grew up in that town from Footloose where dancing is forbidden.
Come on, man, how do you penalize THIS?
The Canadiens won the game by a final score of 5-2, and Subban had two goals. Even if the officials don’t appreciate rhythm, it’s clear the hockey gods do.
