Blues vs. Kings: Kyle Clifford knocks out Roman Polak
Clifford punched the Polak door off its hinges.

Midway through the first period of the game between the St. Louis Blues and the Los Angeles Kings on Tuesday, Kyle Clifford and Roman Polak got into a scrap that ended with Polak dazed and woozy.
On paper this should have been an even match, as both players are around the same size and have experience fighting. As it played out, Clifford landed several blows around Polak’s head before finally catching him with an uppercut that sent him down to the ice.
This was the second fight of the game, after a brief bout between Barret Jackman and Colin Fraser that fizzled out immediately before this fight off the faceoff. Clearly some bad blood remains between these teams after their intense playoff series last year.
