Sabres vs. Rangers: Buffalo scores on itself twice

The Sabres are their own worst enemy.

Boy, talk about giving your opponent the game on a silver platter. The Buffalo Sabres just essentially scored three goals ... on themselves.

To be fair, the first two were just about as unlucky as you can get. The Rangers managed to deflect shots off of both Adam Pardy and Christian Ehrhoff past Ryan Miller. Sabres fans had to be thinking that the hockey gods were playing some cruel joke on their team.

And then Ryan Miller coughed up the puck in front of the net. It’s not the hockey gods. It’s just Buffalo. And Buffalo is now losing 5-0 in the second period.
