The Toronto Maple Leafs are headed to the Stanley Cup Playoffs, ending a nine-year drought after defeating the Ottawa Senators on Saturday.
Maple Leafs vs. Senators: Toronto clinches playoff spot
The Leafs haven’t been to the postseason in nine years.
James Reimer stopped 49 shots (49!) and Nazem Kadri and Joffrey Lupul iced the game with late goals to give the Leafs a 4-1 win and a playoff berth.
Safe to say, Leafs fans are quite pleased.
Leafs clinch a playoff spot for the first time in about 8 seasons. I haven't felt like this since my kids were born. Go Leafs Go! #TMLTalk

Toronto Maple Leafs are in the playoffs. If I didn't have a terrible cold, I'd head to Gretzky's bar and celebrate myself into a coma.
