The Boston Bruins continue to be banged up on the back end, as two of their veteran defensemen will be missing for Game 6 of their Eastern Conference Quarterfinal series with the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Andrew Ference out, Wade Redden questionable in Game 6 for Boston
The Bruins may be without two key veteran defensemen on Sunday night.

Andrew Ference will not play for the Bruins on Sunday night, as he did not make the trip with the team to Toronto. This is the second game he'll have missed in this series, as he was also out of the lineup for Game 2. Coach Claude Julien called Ference "day-to-day," though with only one more day left in the series after this (an if-necessary Game 7 in Boston on Monday night), it seems unlikely he'll return to the lineup before Round 2.
Meanwhile, Wade Redden's status remains questionable, but he skated with the team this morning. He appears to be a game-time decision after missing Game 5. Matt Bartkowski was taking line rushes during practice, so Redden's place on the team for Game 6 may be in doubt.
The Bruins may turn to Bartkowski, Dougie Hamilton or Aaron Johnson in Game 6 from their depth of defense. Boston has a 3-2 lead in this series after failing to close out the Leafs at home on Friday night. This makes things just a little more difficult.
