Blackhawks vs. Red Wings: Officials wave off controversial Chicago goal

The Hawks tied it, but the officials waved it off due to goalie interference. Right call?

In a moment that might be the turning point of the series, a potential game-tying goal for the Chicago Blackhawks in Game 3 was waved off due to goalie interference.

The Blackhawks trailed the Red Wings 2-1 midway through the third period when Viktor Stalberg's shot trickled past Jimmy Howard.

But the officials inexplicably called it off, saying Andrew Shaw interfered with Howard.

That...I mean, not even close. It's an incredibly iffy call at best in a huge moment in the series. Instead of tying the game, the Hawks now trail 3-1 after a Pavel Datsyuk goal and the Wings might be right back in a 2-1 series.
