The Dallas Stars unveiled their new jersey kits on Tuesday night. What do you think?

Dallas executives had expressed a desire to streamline the team’s brand with a more traditional look. It had been mentioned that the club was looking to evoke a style similar to an “Original Six” club, with a simple, iconic logo and design.
Instead of one white and one black jersey, there is now a white version and a green version.
The new features of the jersey kits include: two stripes slightly below the elbow, which are also closer together than on the previous jerseys. The neckline features old-school laces instead of the customary stitched “V” most teams use today. There are also two stripes near the waist that were not present on the old uniforms.
The primary logo and shoulder patch are a simplified version of the Stars’ previous logo. Now, the team’s emblem is a letter ‘D’ superimposed on a star. SB Nation’s Stars blog, Defending Big D, took a look at the new uniforms and had mixed reactions.
