Dale Weise finds new way to torment Boston with penalty shot goal

Milan Lucic didn’t kill Dale Weise and now he’s running wild on the Bruins.

Montreal Canadiens forward Dale Weise has been a pain in the butt for the Boston Bruins since last season and he picked up where he left off Thursday night.

Weise got things started in the first period when he responded to a Gregory Campbell challenge to fight following a big hit he delivered to Campbell. The fight didn't last long and Weise would be heard from again in the second when he was taken down on a breakaway by Dennis Seidenberg and awarded a penalty shot.

Weise skated in on Niklas Svedberg and beat him five-hole to even the score at 1-1. It was Weise's first goal since Game 7 against the Bruins in the playoffs on May 15.

You might recall Bruins forward Milan Lucic telling Weise in the handshake line after Game 7 that he was "going to [expletive] kill" Weise next season. It's next season and now Weise has found a way to take another jab or two of his own.
