Frozen Four 2014: Time, TV schedule, streaming for NCAA hockey semifinals

Here’s everything you need to know heading into Frozen Four weekend.

The 2014 NCAA men’s ice hockey tournament comes to a close in Philadelphia this weekend, as Boston College, Minnesota, North Dakota and Union compete in the Frozen Four.

Frozen Four weekend begins on Thursday, April 10 with two national semifinal games. The final will be held on Saturday, April 12, with the Hobey Baker Award given to college hockey’s best player in a ceremony on Friday, April 11, the off-day between games.

All events will be held at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, home to the NHL’s Philadelphia Flyers. The 2014 Frozen Four is hosted by the ECAC, and it’s the first time Philly has been the host city.

The national championship game will be played on Saturday night, April 12 at 7:30 p.m. ET. ESPN will have the broadcast in the United States.
