In the final seconds of the Anaheim Ducks' 4-3 win over the Dallas Stars on Wednesday, star forward Ryan Getzlaf had to exit the game after he was hit in the face by a Tyler Seguin slap shot. It was a pretty brutal looking play because hockey pucks hurt and Seguin can shoot them really hard.

On Thursday, Getzlaf’s brother, CFL player Chris Getzlaf, Tweeted out a photo of the aftermath, and it is every bit as horrifying as you might expect.
