For the fourth straight game, a team blew a 3-1 lead in the Pittsburgh-Columbus series.
Marc-Andre Fleury misplays puck, Blue Jackets tie it
You just don’t want a 3-1 lead in this series.

The Penguins were doing everything they could to hold for a Game 4 win late in the third period and allowed just one shot on goal over the last 14 minutes of regulation. The one shot on goal? Well, that one ended up tying the game with less than 30 seconds to play, and it was all thanks to Marc-Andre Fleury misplaying a puck behind his net. That left Brandon Dubinsky wide open in front to do this.
Fleury’s playoff struggles have been well documented over the past few seasons, but he was actually playing a great game on Wednesday. Until he did that. And that, hockey fans, is why you can never be sure of what to expect from the Penguins in the playoffs.
The Blue Jackets won, 4-3, in OT.
