Facing elimination, the Montreal Canadiens came out flying in Game 6 on Monday night and capitalized on an early Boston turnover when Lars Eller slid a shot underneath the stick of goalie Tuukka Rask.
Tuukka Rask robs Brendan Gallagher with goal-line save
The only Bruin who showed up for the first 10 minutes of Game 6 was Tuukka Rask.

They very nearly made it a 2-0 lead minutes later when it appeared that Brendan Gallagher was going to bang home a rebound with Rask down and seemingly out of the play. The only problem for the Canadiens is that this time Rask was able to get his stick down along the goal line and keep it out.
Is Rask lucky that Gallagher didn’t get any elevation on that shot? Sure. But it doesn’t get any closer than that, and if Boston manages to come back and pull out a win, that save is going to be a big reason why.
