Chris Kreider ends Rangers power-play drought

It was that game that pushed their almost unbelievable power play drought to an 0-for-36 run. Well, the drought finally came to an end midway through the first period in Game 5 when Chris Kreider pounced in a rebound and beat Marc-Andre Fleury on the short side.
That’s a not a good goal for Fleury to give up, but the Rangers will certainly take it.
For Kreider it’s his first goal of the postseason after making his debut in Game 4. He had been out of the lineup since late March due to an injury.
