Blackhawks vs. Kings: Brandon Saad scores from ridiculous angle in Game 7

Saad is giving the Blackhawks some solid second-line production.

The Chicago Blackhawks have struggled to find a suitable second line for most of the 2014 NHL Playoffs. Without a solid second-line center, Chicago has fought tooth and nail to make it this far into the spring relying on Patrick Kane, Jonathan Toews and Marian Hossa to do the heavy lifting offensively.

But not anymore. Winger Brandon Saad has stepped up in a huge way against the Los Angeles Kings in the Western Conference Final. He's become such a dangerous goal scorer that he's scoring from ridiculous angles.

Blackhawks

What a shot. That goal gave the Blackhawks an early 1-0 lead in Game 7, so it’s probably safe to say Chicago is glad to have Saad on that second line right now.
