This is not the first butt goal we’ve seen in hockey lately. At this point we understand that butt goals can come in very different forms.

But Detroit Red Wings defenseman Kyle Quincey scored the highest-velocity butt goal on record on Saturday, and it was glorious. His butt is probably bruised but hockey fans everywhere thank him for his sacrifice in the name of butt goal science.
