It took a few days, but we finally got to see Ovechkin score his first goal of the season. And boy, was it a doozy. Midway through the third period on Saturday against the New Jersey Devils, Ovechkin collected the puck in his own end and skated up the right wing side into the attacking zone.
What he did from there was just astounding.
