This is not the Sergei Bobrovsky we are used to. Coming into Friday's game versus the Toronto Maple Leafs, the Russian netminder had given up 18 goals on 106 shots. Through another 30 minutes of hockey, Bobrovsky has given up three more goals as the Columbus Blue Jackets have sunk lower and lower into a funk.
Sergei Bobrovsky is having a bad night in net, again
It’s not looking good in Columbus.

It’s only game five for Columbus, but Bobrovsky hasn’t looked like himself for the majority of it. The Blue Jackets overall are a mess, but Bobrovsky is being paid $29.7 million through the next four years and until this point, has been consistent in his success. It’s clear something’s up with Bobrovsky, as he’s missing pucks he normally stops and has zero rebound control, as demonstrated by Toronto’s second and third goals.
