It's taken five games for Scott Gomez to get his first goal in a St. Louis Blues sweater, but it's a pretty one.

That’s some good hand-eye coordination there.


Late in the first period of a scoreless hockey game against the Tampa Bay Lightning, Gomez was left alone all in front of goaltender Ben Bishop. Colton Parayko's shot from the blue line gets through immediate traffic to Gomez, who deflects the puck with a flourish down over Bishop's shoulder and into the net for the score.
