New Jersey Devils and Philadelphia 76ers owner Joshua Harris is to blame for a Newark, N.J., preparatory school's soccer game getting canceled on Sunday.
A youth soccer game was canceled after the Devils owner parked his helicopter on the field
Things rich people do.

More specifically, his helicopter is to blame.
The Saint Benedict’s Preparatory School was ready to start its match when a helicopter randomly touched down in the middle of their field. Only, it wasn’t random. It was waiting to pick up Josh Harris from the Devils game.
According to a message to Deadspin, the helicopter security informed parents and coaches about the owner’s pickup plans:
Security detail emerged from the helicopter and informed the boys and their coaches that NJ Jersey Devils owner, Josh Harris, had instructed them to land on the field and wait for him to return from the Prudential Center where the Devils were playing. The boys and their families waited in the cold until finally it became clear that Harris was running late and no one knew when he might return to pick up his ride. Eventually, the coaches decided to call the boys’ game and everyone went home disappointed, frustrated and annoyed.
Considering the Devils played the Canucks to overtime, it's no wonder why Harris was running late.
Deadspin did some digging, and unearthed the basis behind the makeshift helipad: the school’s headmaster has an agreement with Harris to use the field as a helipad from time to time. Here’s a video of Harris’s chopper landing there in 2014:
Being rich must be fun for Josh Harris, if not for the kids who missed out on soccer fun thanks to his miscommunication.
