Valeri Nichushkin dips and dangles for Stars goal 51 seconds in

Fast start for the Stars’ offense.

It's well known that Dallas has one of the more potent offensive schemes in the NHL. Buffalo found that out the hard way Tuesday night as they let Valeri Nichushkin dance around them for an easy Stars goal 51 seconds into the game.

Nichushkin capitalizes on a confused Buffalo defense as a missed pass finds its way to Antoine Roussel in the slot. Roussel shuffles the puck to Nichushkin as he's gliding past and the forward makes a move to get around the defender and deposit the puck on the backhand.

Sabres netminder Linus Ullmark does a poor job tracking the play and gets stuck behind his defender, only able to get a weak pad attempt and a glove around to try to stop the puck.
