Columbus Blue Jackets coach John Tortorella wants you (and his players) to think he's a tough guy who'll cuss you out if you make the slightest mistake. And for the most part, he is.

The man tried to fight an entire opposing locker room, after all.

But then Blue Jackets broadcaster Jody Shelley brings his puppy to the rink and that all melts away, because even John Tortorella can't handle cute puppies.
