We’re three days away from Christmas, but that’s not stopping Boston broadcaster Jack Edwards from getting us in the holiday spirit with a strange rendition of “We Wish You A Merry Christmas” over a scrap of all things.

— Pete Blackburn (@PeteBlackburn) December 23, 2015 During a fight between Ryan Reaves of the Blues and Tyler Randell of the Bruins, Edwards busted out the pipes for a very out-of-place Christmas carol while the pair traded punches. The singing gives the video a very surreal quality to it, though the fight itself is quite a bore as both Reaves and Randell spend most of it grappling for position.
Edwards did transition quite nicely from the song to his usual booming commentary in great fashion, as the fight picked up speed just as the song ended. Keep entertaining, Edwards.
