NHL schedule 2015: Canucks visit Flames to highlight big night of playoff race battles

Western Conference wild card races take center stage on Saturday.

After watching their direct Western Conference wild card competitors win on Thursday, the Calgary Flames and Winnipeg Jets will get their chance to regain some ground on Saturday.

Calgary hosts the Vancouver Canucks, their most direct competition for both the final wild card spot and the final Pacific Division playoff seed. Vancouver's win over the Bruins on Thursday means they hold a two point advantage over the Flames, but a big win at home would help Calgary keep pace.

Meanwhile, the suddenly depleted Dallas Stars will visit the Colorado Avalanche as both squads jockey for standings positioning. The Stars will be without Ales Hemsky, Patrick Eaves and (most importantly) Tyler Seguin after all three suffered injuries on Thursday night.

Here is a complete look at the schedule. All times are ET.
