Stadium Series jerseys 2015: Sharks, Kings sport alternate getups for Saturday’s game
Both the San Jose Sharks and Los Angeles Kings will sport alternate jerseys for Saturday’s Stadium Series game at Levi’s Stadium.

San Jose was the first to unveil its jerseys for the game. The unis are not a whole lot different from the team’s current getup. The jerseys feature bigger letters and numbers, which is good given that the game is being played in a football stadium. They also have a big white stripe in the middle and a shoulder patch that says “Northern California” on it, to honor fans of the team throughout the state.
Here’s a look at the jerseys below, via the Sharks official website:
Los Angeles revealed their jerseys next, and they’re going with an all-white motif, which just looks ... weird with the white pants:

— LA Kings (@LAKings) December 17, 2014 The Sharks have suggested that they’ll use the Stadium Series jerseys again in 2015, though when and how often is unknown, as reported by CSN Bay Area.
The Sharks and Kings are locked in a battle for playoff positioning. The Kings momentarily leapfrogged the Sharks in the standings and took possession of the Western Conference's second wild card post. San Jose managed to get it back Thursday with a dominant win over the Dallas Stars, but Los Angeles is coming into Saturday's game with full momentum, riding a six-game winning streak.
Playoff implications between two bitter rivals means a sold out crowd. The game is set for 10 p.m. ET on Saturday and will be broadcast on NBCSN.
