The Rangers regained control of their series against Pittsburgh with a 2-1 win in Game 3. The Wild were able to do the same against the Blues. The Ducks took a commanding 3-0 lead with an OT win against the Jets.

    Game 3 of the Anaheim Ducks vs. Winnipeg Jets NHL Playoff series started at 8:00 p.m. local time on Monday. It was the first game of the series in Winnipeg and, of course, the first playoff game since the Jets returned to the NHL.     The Pittsburgh Penguins have created a distinct advantage for themselves heading into their Game 3 matchup with the New York Rangers. Now they must use it in order to take control of the series.

    Pittsburgh’s win in Game 2 tied the series at 1-1, and with the next three games in Pittsburgh the time is ripe for the Penguins to take the fight to the Rangers. The key for Pittsburgh will be to continue their aggression without going over the line, something they’ve failed to do thus far.
