The Ottawa Senators will live to see another day.
Canadiens vs. Senators 2015 final score: Ottawa stays alive with Game 4 win
The Senators avoided elimination and sent the series back to Montreal.

Down 0-3 in their first round playoff series against the Montreal Canadiens, the Sens came away with a 1-0 victory in Game 4 thanks to a late Mike Hoffman goal and some stout netminding from Craig Anderson.
Hoffman, who notched his first career postseason point, broke a scoreless tie with 9:55 left in regulation by firing a wrist shot past Carey Price’s glove. Ottawa’s Cody Ceci earned an assist on the play by thwarting a Montreal clearing attempt and sliding the puck to Hoffman with a backhand pass.
Positioned about 10 feet inside the blue line, Hoffman took several steps forward to the top of the left circle and beat Price far side.
Price had a strong game despite coming out on the losing end, stopping 31 of 32. That would have been good enough on most nights, but Craig Anderson refused to be beat, as he earned his third career postseason shutout by turning aside all 28 of the Canadiens’ shots.
Although the game was tightly contested throughout the first half, Ottawa took control in late in the second period and finished with a whopping 66 shot attempts to Montreal's 43. The Canadiens got their chances -- Max Pacioretty and Tomas Plekanec finished with six and four shots, respectively -- but were unable to solve Anderson.
The Habs will have another opportunity to close out the series on Friday back in Montreal. Opening puck drop is slated for 7 p.m. ET.
