Flames vs. Ducks, NHL playoffs 2015: Time, TV schedule and live stream

Anaheim tries to reach the conference finals for the first time since 2007.

Aside from a minor hiccup in Game 3, the Anaheim Ducks have played a nearly perfect playoffs thus far. They'll look to take the next big step on Sunday at home.

Up 3-1 in the Western Conference Semifinals, the Ducks will try to finish off the Calgary Flames in Game 5. They're the only team with only one loss in the playoffs, having won their other seven games in the postseason. And if history repeats itself, Game 5 should be a cakewalk.

The Flames have struggled mightily in Anaheim, dropping a staggering 21 straight games at the Honda Center. Considering they’ve also given up nine goals in their first two forays into Southern California this series, one has to wonder if Calgary is capable of reversing fortunes this late in the series. At least one player thinks they can.

“All the history there, at some point you’ve got to win there,” Flames center Mikael Backlund said. “Things are going to happen if you play well, and I think this year we haven’t played a good full 60 minutes there. If we find a way to play a real solid 60 minutes, we have a chance to win.

Unfortunately, the Flames haven’t made their reputation on playing a solid 60 minutes. Their propensity for late-game comebacks has been stifled by the Ducks thus far, so their best chance at staying alive is avoiding such a necessity in the first place.
