New Jersey Devils forward Bobby Farnham has been suspended for four games after losing his cool against the St. Louis Blues during their game on Tuesday. The fourth liner has had eight points for the Devils -- with seven goals -- this season and will sit for 10 days to serve out the suspension.
Devils bruiser Bobby Farnham suspended 4 games for interference
The fourth liner will sit after a hit against Dmitrij Jaskin.

The video from the Department of Player Safety details Farnham’s hit and the basis for the interference call.
In the video, the hit from Farnham is deemed a "violent predatory hit" as the bruiser took revenge on a legal collision from Kevin Shattenkirk. Farnham then went after the nearest player after being taken down behind the net, which happened to be Dmitrij Jaskin.
The defenseman was taken down by a lunge from Farnham, who earned a major interference penalty with a game misconduct tacked on as well. A scrum ensued after the play, as the Blues were not happy with Farnham taking runs at their players.
Farnham is slated to return to the Devils Jan. 23 against the Jets.
