Radko Gudas apparently swings a hockey stick as hard as he throws his body around.
Flyers defenseman unloads a shot from 100 feet way and scores
Radko Gudas’ stick is basically a cannon.
We all knew the Philadelphia Flyers defenseman was one of the heaviest hitters in the NHL. That's his thing. But the Columbus Blue Jackets underestimated how heavy his shot was on Saturday.
With the Flyers already up 1-0 in the first period, Gudas unloaded a shot from the red line that completely baffled Blue Jackets goalie Curtis McElhinney.
Gudas from downtown!

For those unaware of hockey rink dimensions (hey, I had to look it up too), that’s from about 100 feet away. Gudas is finally multidimensional!
