Considering the defensemen injured for the New York Rangers, it was surprising that the Pittsburgh Penguins took so long to get on the board in Game 2.
Penguins befuddle Rangers defenders with a pretty tic-tac-toe goal
Magnificent.

It was so worth the wait. Midway through the second period, Patric Hornqvist broke up a Rangers rush and sent Nick Bonino, Trevor Daley and Phil Kessel the other way on a 3-on-2 rush. Bonino evaded a Rangers defender and set up the prettiest passing play of the 2016 Stanley Cup playoffs so far.

The lead was short-lived, as the Rangers went on to score two goals in the next few minutes.
