Predators vs. Sharks, NHL playoffs 2016: Start time, TV schedule and live stream

With momentum solidly on their side, the San Jose Sharks will try for a 2-0 series lead over the Nashville Predators in Game 2 on Sunday night. The puck drops at 8 p.m. ET on NBCSN.

Scouting the Predators

Things unraveled quickly for the Predators in the third period of Game 1. Nashville watched as a 1-0 lead held for most of the game evaporated under five Sharks goals late in the game. Nashville only managed 28 scoring chances all game to the Sharks' 39. Pekka Rinne can't be faulted for the loss; his 33 saves kept the Predators ahead for most of Game 1.

Scouting the Sharks

San Jose was one of the best third period teams in the regular season, and that trend is extending deep into the playoffs. Martin Jones quietly had another solid game in net with 26 saves and just one goal against. Brent Burns and Joel Ward both continued their great playoffs with two points apiece.
