Blues vs. Sharks 2016 live stream: Game time, TV schedule and how to watch NHL playoffs online

How to watch Game 3 between St. Louis and San Jose.

The Sharks have exerted their will on the Blues so far in the Western Conference Final. With the series headed to San Jose, who have only lost once at home this postseason, the Blues and Sharks look to break the 1-1 tie. Puck drop for Game 3 is scheduled for 9 p.m. ET on NBCSN.

Scouting the Blues

St. Louis admitted they played their worst game of playoff hockey in Game 2 after allowing the Sharks to roll all over them in the 4-0 loss. Martin Jones was really only tested in the third period, and the Blues took two too many penalties as the Sharks were able to strike twice on the man advantage. Brian Elliott could only do so much to backstop the Blues, whose defensive lapses have done them no favors since the end of Game 1.

Scouting the Sharks

San Jose comes home with much of the momentum after shutting out the Blues in Game 2. Brent Bruns’ two-goal night on the power play helped catapult the Sharks to a victory, but they’ll have to be better about staying out of the box. Though the Blues could not get their power play working, the Sharks allowed them six chances to set up during the game and get themselves right back in it. Jones will have to continue to be solid after stopping all 26 Blues shots in Game 2.
