The St. Louis Blues faced an uphill battle even making the playoffs, and now they’ll be short-handed after they’ve made it.
Blues vs. Wild live stream: Time and how to watch NHL playoffs online

When the Blues take on the Minnesota Wild in Game 1 on Wednesday night, they’ll be without center Paul Stastny. The veteran hasn’t played since March 21, meaning rookie Ivan Barbashev will center St. Louis’ top line between Vladimir Tarasenko and Jaden Schwartz.
Not bad company. But he’ll be facing top minutes against two experienced and highly skilled Wild centers, Eric Staal and Mikko Koivu.
Jake Allen is set to start for the Blues, while the Wild will obviously ride goalie Devan Dubnyk as hard as they can throughout the playoffs. This is the first playoff game against the Wild for Blues coach Mike Yeo, who was fired by Minnesota before the playoffs last season.
