SB Nation’s 2017 Stanley Cup playoffs predictions: Here come the Oilers
Featuring a panel of bloggers and one malfunctioning robot.

It’s a tradition of ours to include a friendly robot companion named cfbot to any of our predictions posts. With the 2017 Stanley Cup playoffs starting on Wednesday night, we compiled a group of our hockey bloggers from around the network to tell you what will happen in the playoffs.
Many of them were reasonable. Some were surprising! But none of them had anything on the robot’s predictions.
Read on to find out why. You’ll find our first-round predictions, our Conn Smythe predictions, and full brackets for each of our panelists.
