Kansas Jayhawks vs Iowa State Cyclones odds highlight Big 12 basketball betting

College basketball betting starts getting serious with conference action having impacts on March Madness futures and bubble situations. Kansas faces two tough matches this week in the Big 12.

Three losses in four games earlier this season put a damper on Kansas’s preseason hype, but the Jayhawks have played better since then with a 5-1 SU and 4-2 ATS record over their last six games.

Kansas will have two opportunities to make a statement this week visiting the Iowa State Cyclones on Monday and then hosting the Oklahoma State Cowboys on Saturday.

Kansas has dominated Iowa State in recent years with a 16-1 SU and 9-7-1 ATS record over its last 17 games against the Cyclones. But this year’s Iowa State team sits atop the Big 12 at 14-1 SU and 9-3-1 ATS, and enters Monday’s game as a 2-point home favorite.

Kansas is 5-1 SU and 3-3 SU in its last six games against the Cowboys, who are 14-2 SU and 6-6 ATS this year for fans who bet on college basketball.

The Wisconsin Badgers remain as one of the nation’s only undefeated teams with a record of 16-0 SU and 10-5-1 ATS. The Badgers face an interesting road test on Tuesday visiting the Indiana Hoosiers.

Wisconsin has had Indiana’s number for years, boasting a 12-0 SU and 10-2 ATS record over Indiana in the last 12 meetings between these two teams.

Two interesting Pac-12 matchups highlight the college basketball schedule on Thursday night with the ASU Sun Devils going on the road to play the rival Arizona Wildcats and the UCLA Bruins visiting the Colorado Buffaloes.

Arizona is the No. 1 team in college basketball (but only No. 3 in the Odds Shark NCAA hoops power rankings) with a 16-0 SU and 11-4 ATS record and is 4-1 SU and ATS in its last four games against ASU. UCLA is 2-0 SU and ATS against Colorado since the Buffaloes have joined the Pac-12.

On Saturday, the ACC’s top two teams clash as the Syracuse Orange host the Pittsburgh Panthers. Pitt is 15-1 SU with a 6-6-1 ATS record while Syracuse is 16-0 SU and 9-3 ATS this season. The Panthers are 9-2 SU and 10-1 ATS in their last 11 games against Syracuse.

Other games of interest this Saturday include Michigan State at Illinois and Oklahoma at Baylor. Illinois is 5-0-1 ATS and 3-3 SU in its last six games against Michigan State.
