After winning five straight games in the middle of January, the Brooklyn Nets went on an 0-3 SU and 1-2 ATS slump to end the month and start February.
Brooklyn Nets vs Chicago Bulls betting odds, prediction, trends, preview
NBA betting winds down for All-Star weekend after tonight. Two games get all the attention from NBA bettors.

But in five games since, Brooklyn is 4-1 SU and 3-2 ATS. The Nets will try to keep their hot streak going on the road this Thursday night against the Chicago Bulls as a 4-point road underdog at shops monitored by OddsShark.com (including 5Dimes.eu).
Brooklyn’s humiliating start to the season of 10-21 SU and 12-19 ATS was surprising to everyone and had new head coach Jason Kidd rumored to be on the hot seat. But in 2014, the team has found its chemistry with a 14-5 SU and 13-6 ATS record including an impressive 103-89 victory over San Antonio last week.
Computer Prediction: 88-87 Chicago
Over their last six games, the Nets are 4-0 SU and 3-1 ATS at home but 0-2 SU and ATS on the road, according to the Nets-Bulls matchup report. They’d love to head into the all-star break with a win in this one.
The Chicago Bulls have struggled to find offense this season ranking 29th in the NBA with just 92.3 points per game. Trading away then leading scorer Luol Deng and his 19 points per game didn’t help matters.
Still, thanks to Tom Thibodeau’s relentless defensive scheme, the Chicago Bulls are in a playoff position at 26-25 SU and 24-27 ATS with the second-best defense in the league allowing just 92.7 PPG. Chicago enters its final game before the break on a 3-1 SU and ATS run.
It should come as no surprise that a team that ranks second to last in total offense and second best in defense trends heavily towards the UNDER. The Chicago Bulls are 31-20 on the UNDER this season and the total has gone under in seven of their last nine games.
Brooklyn has trended towards the OVER this season but two of its last three games have gone UNDER.
Chicago is 12-5 SU and 10-7 ATS in its last 17 games against Brooklyn including last year’s seven-game series in the postseason. In one meeting this season on Christmas Day, Chicago went into Brooklyn and defeated the Nets 95-78 as 3-point road underdogs.
