The No. 9 Notre Dame Fighting Irish are 5-0 straight up and against the spread over their last five games, winning by an average margin of 28.4 points per game. The Fighting Irish face a tough test on Saturday when they host the No. 14 North Carolina State Wolfpack.

Notre Dame is a 7.5-point home favorite in South Bend at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com. With last Saturday’s 49-14 blowout win over USC, the Fighting Irish are starting to build a compelling case that they belong in the College Football Playoff. A win over NC State would help strengthen that case. The Wolfpack are 6-0 SU and 3-3 ATS since losing their season opener to South Carolina.

The other two games between two ranked opponents this week both take place in the Big 12, as No. 4 TCU (-6) visits No. 25 Iowa State and No. 11 Oklahoma State (-8) visits No. 22 West Virginia.

TCU has passed every test it has faced this season with a 7-0 SU and 5-2 ATS record thus far. Oklahoma State is 13-2 SU in its last 15 games on the road, per the OddsShark College Football Database. No. 10 Oklahoma will also try to keep pace in the Big 12 as 18-point home favorites hosting the Texas Tech Red Raiders.

The No. 3 Georgia Bulldogs will try to remain undefeated when they take on the Florida Gators as 14-point favorites in Jacksonville. Florida is 3-0 SU and ATS in the last three meetings between these two rivals.

The No. 21 USC Trojans fell to 1-7 ATS on the season with last week’s loss to Notre Dame. The Trojans will try to bounce back as 3-point road favorites at Arizona State on Saturday. In other Pac-12 action, No. 15 Washington State (-2) is on the road at Arizona and No. 12 Washington (-17) is at home against UCLA.
