Stipe Miocic has won each of his last four fights and seven of his last eight in the UFC. Miocic will try to avenge the one loss he’s had over that stretch with a win this Saturday against Junior dos Santos in the main event of UFC 211.

Miocic is a -140 betting favorite to defend his title in Dallas at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com. Only four heavyweights in UFC history have successfully defended the heavyweight title twice in a row, and Miocic will try to join them after earning his first defense with a first round knockout over Alistair Overeem at UFC 203.

Miocic owns a 16-2 record as a professional with 12 career knockouts, with each of his last three wins coming by way of first-round knockout.

Junior dos Santos looked like the next big thing when his career got off to a 15-1 start as a professional including a 9-0 record in the UFC, but injuries and inconsistency have plagued the Brazilian since. Dos Santos is 3-3 in six fights since then, but his skill set and durability match up well against Miocic as is indicated by his win in their previous bout.

A longer fight would likely benefit dos Santos, who won the last fight by decision and is going off at +110 to win this one.

Joanna Jedrzejczyk is a perfect 13-0 as a professional, and she’ll look to keep both her strawweight title and her undefeated record intact as a -190 favorite over Jessica Andrade.

Andrade (+150) was a middle of the pack fighter at bantamweight, but since dropping down to strawweight she has been fantastic. The challenger has won each of her last three fights and looks poised to give Jedrzejczyk a legitimate run at the championship.

Other fights on the card leading up to the two title fights include Eddie Alvarez (+100) vs. Dustin Poirier (-130), Frankie Edgar (-140) vs. Yair Rodriguez (+110), and Demian Maia (-105) vs. Jorge Masvidal (-125). In a sport that usually produces some lopsided bouts, this card is loaded with intriguing matchups that will be tough to call as shown by the close odds.
