Daniel Cormier is 19-1 as a professional with an 8-1 record in the UFC. The current UFC light heavyweight champion will face the only man who has ever defeated him in the octagon, Jon Jones, this Saturday night at UFC 214.
UFC 214 odds: Jon Jones, Cris Cyborg among betting favorites at sportsbooks
Daniel Cormier and Jon Jones renew their rivalry Saturday night in the main event of a UFC 214 card that also includes heavy betting favorite Cristiane Justino.

Cormier is a +200 underdog on the UFC 214 odds to successfully defend his title in Anaheim, Calif., at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com. Since losing to Jones at UFC 182, Cormier has won each of his last four fights, winning Jones’ relinquished title in a bout against Anthony Johnson and then defeating Alexander Gustafsson, Anderson Silva and Johnson again. The last time these two fought, Cormier was a +145 underdog, and he lost that fight via unanimous decision.
Jon Jones (-260 to win this fight) has been his own worst enemy over the last few years, facing two separate suspensions for a legal incident back in 2015, then having a positive test for banned substances in 2016. Jones owns a 22-1 career record as a professional, and his only loss came by disqualification due to the illegal use of elbows.
The former champion has never actually been defeated in the octagon, and a win on Saturday would go a long way in rebuilding a legacy that has been tarnished in recent years.
Tyron Woodley is unbeaten in his last five fights, earning the UFC welterweight title with a win over Robbie Lawler at UFC 201 and retaining that title with a draw and a subsequent win over Stephen Thompson. Woodley is a -205 betting favorite to defend his title on Saturday night against Demian Maia (+165). Maia has had a career resurgence over the last three years, going 7-0 in his last seven fights after going just 7-6 in his previous 13.
The UFC stripped Germaine de Randamie of the UFC featherweight title when she refused to defend it against Cristiane Justino. Instead, Justino and Tonya Evinger will fight for the vacant title at UFC 214. Justino is a massive -1100 favorite to extend her 17-fight winning streak with a win over Evinger (+650).
Other fights on the UFC 214 card leading up to the three title bouts will be Robbie Lawler (-160) vs. Donald Cerrone (+130), Jimi Manuwa (-185) vs. Volkan Oezdemir (+150), and Jason Knight (-130) vs. Ricardo Lamas (+100).
