Since winning the UFC Heavyweight title at UFC 198, Stipe Miocic has successfully defended it twice. Miocic will try to defend his title again in the main event of UFC 220, squaring off against Francis Ngannou.

Miocic is a +145 underdog on the UFC 220 odds to win in Boston at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com. The champion has won each of his last five fights, and each of his last four fights have ended in the first round. In his most recent fight, at UFC 211, Miocic had a chance to get some payback on Junior dos Santos, the last fighter to beat him.

All Ngannou has done since joining the UFC is knock people out. The raw talent and power Ngannou possesses were on full display in his knockout win over Alistair Overeem at UFC 218. None of the 12 fights over Ngannou’s 11-1 career have gone past the second round, and each of his last four fights have ended in first-round victories. Ngannou is a -175 favorite to win the title on Saturday.

Daniel Cormier’s loss to Jon Jones at UFC 214 was overturned after Jones failed a drug test after the fight. As a result, Cormier retained his UFC Light Heavyweight title and professional record of 19-1. Cormier is a -335 favorite to defend his title this weekend when he takes on Volkan Oezdemir (+255).

Oezdemir is a respectable opponent with a 15-1 career record, including a 3-0 record in the UFC, but Cormier has proved to be a clear step ahead of everyone in the octagon not named Jones.

Featherweight Shane Burgos is undefeated as a professional with a 10-0 career record, including a 3-0 record in UFC action. Burgos will try to add another win to his resume as a -190 favorite against Calvin Kattar (+155). Kattar has won his last nine fights, including his UFC debut against Andre Fili at UFC 214.

Gian Villante (-170) vs. Francimar Barroso (+140) and Thomas Almeida (-120) vs. Rob Font (-110) round out UFC 220’s main card. The 21-2 Almeida and 14-3 Font are both coming off losses and hoping to avoid the first losing streaks of their bantamweight careers.
