Manchester United 2-2 West Brom: United Far Adrift Of Title Hopes

While Manchester United are used to dropping points on the road this season, they certainly aren’t used to dropping them at Old Trafford. While United still haven’t lost this season, when up 2-0 against West Bromwich Albion at the half on Saturday, no wonder supporters seem a bit down about the club’s title hopes. The Busby Babe muses over their team’s draw at home

United’s passing was poor and their control had deserted them much the way the fans were deserting, scampering towards the exits despite United’s long history of late shows. You could just see it wasn’t on the card this time. Another two points dropped from a winning position against weaker opposition. This time at Old Trafford though. Still no losses on the season for United but they are a long way adrift of Chelsea so early in the season and nothing kills a title challenge faster than dropping points to weaker sides.
