There isn't a club who's behind a pound or two that can avoid his charm, while in recent times, Manchester United and Liverpool enjoy the brunt of his wit, wisdom and abilities.
Most recently, Conn has recalled the words of former FA chairman Lord Triesman’s 2008 warning to English clubs that debt would riddle and destroy all in its path.
