Sol Campbell has made his Premier League debut for Newcastle United, coming on for Fabricio Coloccini in the 36th minute of the Magpies’ match at Eastlands.

Coloccini was subbed-off with an apparent groin injury.
This is Campbell’s first appearance in league for Newcastle, having twice been named as a substitute without being used. Campbell moved to Newcastle from Arsenal this offseason.
The match remains tied 1-1, which Newcastle having used two or their three substitutes.
