Aaron Lennon has not had a major impact on the match. Then again, few Spurs have, and the ones that have had negative impacts, with Tottenham Hostpur down 2-0 at Arsenal. With that in mind almost anybody could have been pulled-off at halftime by Harry Redknapp, but it's his right winger, still not fully healthy, that has been sacrificed for Jermain Defoe.

Early in the second half, the substitution looks to have moved Rafael van der Vaart from a central role out right, with Defoe playing high, Roman Pavlyuchenko now dropping slightly deeper.
With this being Tottenham's only chance, Spurs midfield problems look to persist. The midfield pairing of Luka Modric and Jermaine Jenas was ineffective in the first half, and with Wilson Palacios on Spurs' bench, the questions from Tottenham supports persist. What did Wilson Palacios do to Harry Redknapp? Why, especially with Tom Huddlestone out, is the Honduran collecting dust on the bench?
