Tottenham Hotspur Vs. Chelsea: Ramires Wins Penalty For Chelsea, Gomes Saves Didier Drogba’s Attempt
While Frank Lampard watched on as Drogba's attempt was saved, Chelsea fans will have wondered why usual penalty taker Lampard wasn't at the spot himself. Regardless of who took the spot kick, Chelsea were unable to convert and have now won one match in seven as they continue to search for answers as a collective.
Some credit must go to Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti who made the changes necessary to get Chelsea back into the match after Spurs dominated most of the first half. With the draw, Chelsea sit fourth on 31 points and Spurs remain just behind in fifth on 27 points.
