He’s been a minority (very minority) owner of Liverpool for a few months now, but LeBron James has yet to see his Reds play a match. That will change on Saturday when he sees Liverpool in action and he won’t be disappointed by the quality of teams or atmosphere at Anfield because the Reds are taking on Manchester United. Will he be disappointed in his own team? Well, Liverpool are certainly improved from a year ago, but it’s not hard to envision United picking them to pieces with the way they have played this season.
LeBron James Heading To Anfield To See Liverpool Play For The First Time
↵LeBron tweeted on Thursday that he had arrived in England so he’s made it across the pond and now he just has to wait until Saturday for the match. The most interesting aspects of this will be the cage match for the “King” title between LeBron and Kenny Dalglish after the match and whether ESPN beats the over/under of six shots of LeBron during their broadcast of the match. However the match turns out, LeBron will surely be excited by a sport that doesn’t have a fourth quarter.
