Everton and Manchester United kick off the week of action in the Premier League, and neither one of their lineups is exactly conventional. United are without a natural right back again as they start all of Nemanja Vidic, Phil Jones and Johnny Evans. Evans was sent off against Manchester City, but served his ban mid-week. Everton are playing someone out of position as well, starting three defensive midfielders who are capable of playing central defense with no Sylvain Distin. I think that means Johnny Heitinga plays in the back, but it's a crap shoot. Here are the lineups.
