Real Salt Lake Vs. Seattle Sounders Live, MLS Cup Playoffs 2011: Alvaro Saborio Makes It 2-0 With A Beauty

Those red and blue clad fans at Rio Tinto Stadium are loving this one and much of it is thanks to Alvaro Saborio. He scored the opener in the first half for Real Salt Lake to put them in front of the Seattle Sounders, 1-0, and now he's added a peach of a goal to double the RSL lead in the 43rd minute.

Javier Morales cleared some space on the right with some nifty footwork and laced a low, hard cross at the near post. That's where Saborio was making his run and the striker pulled his foot behind him and pulled off a nifty little flick to redirect the ball on goal for the goal. it left Kasey Keller without a chance and the Sounders in real trouble now.

Real Salt Lake is playing with their first team for the first time since May and it looks like they're clicking just fine even though Jamison Olave went off injured. On the other hand, the Sounders are struggling. They're very much lost, especially in the attack and really are missing the injured Mauro Rosales. No excuses though. They need to get it together.
