We're underway in the second leg of the Western Conference semifinal, which for some reason features the Eastern conference's New York Red Bulls against the Los Angeles Galaxy. The latter hold a 1-0 aggregate lead, earned in New York, so it'll be a bit of a shock if the Supporters' Shield winners don't manage to advance tonight.

John Harkes tells that the Galaxy “can’t play as though they’re holding a 1-0 lead” which presumably doesn’t mean they should press forward for a goal and get hit on the counterattack, although nobody can really tell with him. Anyway, the Galaxy should play like they’re holding a 1-0 lead - hold the ball, probe, try to score but make sure they don’t get exposed in the process. Simple, right?
