Manchester City look like favourites to win the Premier League, and they certainly showed off title-winning form with a heavy victory against Norwich City. The Canaries never looked like they had much hope of winning at the Etihad Stadium, but still defended very well until the hosts made a breakthrough 32 minutes in, with Sergio Aguero performing some magnificent footwork before stabbing past an unsighted John Ruddy.

After the break, things got messy. A Samir Nasri free kick was uncontested and dropped inside the far post. Yaya Toure curled in from just inside the box. Mario Balotelli scored a goal with his shoulder, and Adam Johnson finished off the rout with a beautifully placed shot after being played in by Vincent Kompany. Sure, the clean sheet was ruined when Steve Morrison got the visitors on the scoresheet with a header past Joe Hart with the score at 3-0, but that hardly took the gloss off a fantastic result and performance. Can Manchester United keep up with these guys?
